I have been sticking to my goal of doing yoga at least five times per week these past few weeks. I have learned that no one can really be considered "good" at yoga. No matter how good you are at a certain pose, there is always a way that you challenge yourself further. There are so many modifications that people can take in a pose that will either make it harder or easier for them. I noticed in yoga class that every single persons pose looks at least a little bit different. I learned that there is no right or wrong way to do a pose.
