Every morning and night I have been doing yoga. In the morning I go out on the beach to do yoga before I go swimming and tanning. Every night I go to the gym in the hotel to workout and do yoga on the yoga mats I found. I miss going to yoga class and I can not wait until I start going to the Yoga Shelter again in a couple of days. Cancun has been so warm and relaxing. Every night I have fallen asleep to the sound of the ocean's waves. That sound makes it very easy for me to clear my mind and try to meditate. This trip has been a much needed vacation, but I am ready to come home and work hard on pushing my myself farther and getting better. I am going to work on getting myself ready for spring break.

Blog Post 7

Over mid-winter break I am going to Cancun, Mexico, so I will not be able to attend any yoga classes for about a week. My membership at the Yoga Shelter expires in a few days, so I cannot buy another one until i get back from my trip. Even taking just a few days off from yoga can cause you to lose some of your strength and flexibility, so while I am in Mexico I am going to try to do a lot of yoga everyday on my own. It will be so fun and relaxing to do yoga on the beach! I need to make sure that I stay in shape while I am there and also to continue eating healthy. I am so excited to see how I do without going to an actual yoga class everyday. I would like to learn meditate while I am there because I think that Cancun will be a really peaceful and relaxing environment. I also can't wait to go on this trip because along with doing yoga, it will help me relieve all my stress from school. I get stressed out very easily, so I am happy that I don't have to worry about anything while I am on vacation, and yoga will be the perfect addition to this break.
